This sweet little tutu has been made using tulle and is perfect for your newborn photo shoot, memorable photography shoots, baby shower gift, and presents giving as well as for dressing up your little princess!  The waist is a stretchy material to fit newborns and up.  The tulle skirt is about 7-8 inches long.
